With over 25 years of experience in the pensions and life assurance industry, Fiona has held various senior executive roles. She is the founder of LifeSight, a highly successful UK master trust with 325,000 members and $18 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM), overseeing its global expansion.
Fiona Matthews has been actively involved in shaping pension policy, serving on the Master Trust Committee of the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association (PLSA) during a transformative period. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Fiona's commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the pensions industry is evident through her role as a co-founder of the Inclusion & Diversity Council at WTW. Her dedication aligns with the Trustee's three stewardship themes: gender equality, climate change, and the living wage.
