Abel Devis is a Client Relations Manager for the Institutional Real Estate Group at Markets Group. Prior to joining Markets Group, Abel spent over a decade working at GreenPearl Events cultivating relationship with investors, owners, developers, and service providers. Abel has held multiple Business Development roles within the Real Estate Conference, Print Publishing and FF&E industries.
Abel loves photography as well as traveling and has been to over 20 countries.
Adam Raleigh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Markets Group, the world’s leading conference organizer serving the investment management industry. Mr. Raleigh founded the firm in 2009. Since then, Markets Group has grown to 90 team members and offices in New York, London and Singapore. Prior to Markets Group, Mr. Raleigh was a fixed income broker and developed investor education programs for IMN-Euromoney, Institutional Investor Awards and other leading firms focused on the needs of investors worldwide. Additionally, Mr. Raleigh has held series 7 and 63 licenses.
Mr. Raleigh, a native of Cleveland, OH, is a graduate of Kent State University, where he earned a B.A. in Finance.
Adena, a New York native, contributes to the production and program management of the U.S. Private Wealth Series through content formulation, investor relations and event planning. Prior to Markets Group, Adena reported and provided editorial assistance for InvestmentWires, a financial publication based in New York City.
Adena graduated from Pace University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a Journalism concentration.
Alexa is an Investor Relations and Program Manager, currently working for the Alternative Investments team in the Middle East. She is based in Dubai and graduated from Buckinghamshire New University in the UK with a master's degree in International Business.
Amanda is based in the UK and works with our Private Wealth teams covering client relationships for the Forums in Europe. Prior to returning to Markets Group, she worked in Investor Relations at With Intelligence for 3 years covering institutional investors across Asia and Europe. Amanda have over 12 years of business development/ investor relations experiences in finance and medical fields.

Ana Sousa is responsible for business development and client engagement within the Private Equity Group.
She has an international background with 10+ years of experience working in Private & Corporate Banking at institutions such as Santander and Standard Bank. After transitioning into the Private Equity sector, she has developed relationships with mid and large-size fund managers, private investors, and Service Providers across Europe, South East Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Ana holds a Bachelors’s degree in Business Management and speaks fluent English and Portuguese.
She grew up in Australia and is an avid CrossFit and surfing fan.
Mr. Ortiz heads the production practice at Markets Group. He’s been Head of Production for Institutional Events in LatAm and leads the Production EMEA team. Mr. Ortiz studied Political Science in Madison, Wisconsin and mastered in International Political Economy at New York University. Prior to joining Markets Group, Mr. Ortiz managed account relations at ACCION USA in New York, worked as an independent researcher in Curitiba, Brazil and handled management and financial services for different enterprises in Wisconsin. Mr. Ortiz was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia and is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.
Ann is responsible for production and program management for the U.S. Private Wealth team. Prior to joining Markets Group, Ann worked as an educator in Indiana and New York public schools. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in 2015 and joined Markets Group in November 2017.
Annie is the Investor Relations & Program Manager at Markets Group based in Hong Kong. She has been working in the events world since 2016, and has worked on a wide range of projects with themes on Human Resources, Marketing, financial risk management, trading technology, data management and so on. Annie holds a Master’s degree in Translation from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Antonella Primo is a Client Relations Manager for the Private Wealth Series at Markets Group, based in Milan (Italy). Prior to joining Markets Group, she worked as Research and Relationship Manager within the Audience Development team at Citywire, where she was in charge of managing relations with the audience of fund selectors, family offices, private bankers and financial advisors based in Italy and Ticino.
Antonella holds a Master’s Degree in Interpreting and Translation from the UNINT International University of Rome and she has several years of experience in translation, interpreting, project management and proofreading.
She speaks Italian, English, Russian and French.
April Stackhouse is Senior Program Manager & Investor Relations for the Private Equity team. An events industry veteran, April has previously served in program management, business development, and operations roles at Corinium Global Intelligence, WBR, 451 Research and ICSC.
She received her bachelor’s degree from New York University and currently resides in Connecticut.
Benjamin Kreitz is a Cilent Relations Manager in the Private Wealth team at Markets Group based in Houston, Texas, ( Or austin). Born in Strasbourg France, Benjamin graduated with a Masters's degree in International Political Economy from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. After Graduating, he moved to New York and started his career in the event industry within to the Private Wealth vertical before Covid hit. During these uncertain times, he pivoted into the restaurant tech industry as an account executive and then as a customer success manager. In his free time, Benjamin loves to travel and go back to Europe to see old friends and family. He also enjoys playing Tennis and Golf or staying cool from the scorching Texan heat by playing ice hockey.
Bleriona is an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Investor Relations, bringing her expertise from diverse international settings. Her career journey has taken her from conducting economic research in Tunisia, Ghana, and Miami to her current role, based out of Mexico City. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and fluency in English, Italian, Spanish, French, and Albanian, Bleriona possess the global perspective and communication skills necessary to excel in fostering valuable relationships and driving successful programs.
Prior to joining Markets Group, Bree worked with several agencies helping them drive net new relationships. She also worked with several brand executives who were looking for new agency partners who could act quickly, on time, and under budget to support their most immediate projects.

Mr. Friedberg heads up Markets Group’s Sponsor Relationships and Client Development throughout the world. Prior to Markets Group, he spent ten years in wealth management working with both retail and institutional investors in dealing with a wide array of financial instruments. Mr. Friedberg graduated from Binghamton University with a BS degree in Financial Economics and also attended Fordham Law School.
Mr. Intemann is responsible for production as well as investor relations. Prior to Markets Group he worked for an events and marketing company. He graduated from SUNY New Paltz in 2016 with a BA in Economics.
Brigitte works and developed the full-cycle recruitment aspects on a global capacity for Markets Group. Previously, she managed strategic recruitment in the Tech Industry. Outside of work, she is a volunteer for Alpha Phi International Fraternity as a Recruitment Advisor and is fluent in American Sign Language.

Ms. Gomez-Lacazette is responsible for production and investor relations across the US for the Institutional Real Estate group.
Prior to joining Markets Group, she worked at Garrigues , an international law firm, as a corporate lawyer at their Spain offices.
Cassia is responsible for business development across the
LatAm and Canada regions for the Private Wealth Group. Prior to that, Cassia
managed the Investor Relations team for the Private Wealth Series, coordinating
investor outreach, event planning, and content formulation across the Americas.
Cassia graduated from Bard College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political
Science and International Studies. Cassia is originally from Brazil and speaks
English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Chantal began her career in finance in 2016 as an Investor Relations Administrative Assistant at Ardian. In 2017, she joined SLS Cardinal as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant focusing on Investor Relations and became Executive Assistant in the Treasury Department at Cantor Fitzgerald in 2019. Prior to her current role at Markets Group, she worked at Unigestion as an Executive Assistant in the Business Development team.

Earlier in her career, Giordano headed Chief Investment Officer media and events, and was an award-winning multimedia journalist for daily news outlets such as the New York Times Co., U.S. News & World Report, The Street and Newsday. She is a member of 100 Women in Finance, Society of Business Editors and Writers, Newswomen’s Club of New York, Press Club of Long Island and the Society of Professional Journalists.
Clara works in the EU team of Markets Group as a Project Manager & Investor Relations.
She relocated to New York from Germany in 2023. Prior to joining Markets Group, Clara has worked as a lawyer and a legal clerk at a higher court in Germany
Ms. Smart joined Markets Group as a Client Relations Manager. Prior to Markets Groups, she spent 18 years specializing in business development for conference companies for a wide array of industries. Corinne/Ms. Smart graduated from WWU with a B.S. degree in International Business, Marketing and Pre-Law.
Darmante Gomez is responsible for Client Relations & Strategic Partnerships at Markets Group. With a background as Director of Investor Relations at a Growth Equity fund and as an Operation Manager at a Venture fund, he possesses a strong foundation. Darmante excels in fostering valuable relationships, leveraging his expertise in investor relations and operational management to drive success. Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, he brings a strategic mindset and passion to the team.

David is an Investor
and Client Relations Manager at Markets Group in Singapore, working with the
APAC team to support client relationships across the region, with a focus on
Singapore, Japan, and Korea. Prior to Markets Group, David has worked in the alternative
assets industry as a Sales Representative, where he served to provide data and
intelligence for asset management firms and investors in the alternatives
space. He also holds experience doing social-media marketing for insurance
agencies and financial advisors in Singapore. David holds a Bachelor’s degree
in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
Debra contributes to the production and program management for
the Alternate Investments team at Markets Group through content formulation and
investor relations. Prior to Markets Group, Debra worked as a Head of
Production for Worldwide Business Research in both London and New York.
Debra graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business and has dual citizenship in both the U.S. and the
United Kingdom.
She joined Markets Group as a Client Relations Manager for APAC and she is based in Bali, Indonesia. Prior to Markets Group, she was a Business Development and Event Manager for an investment event organizer company based in London. In her spare time, she loves to try new restaurants, trekking, hiking as well as going to the beach.
Doina is a Italy-based project manager of EMEA investor forums. Prior to that, she was heading the Investor Relations team at Private Equity Insights, where she was in charge of curating the agendas and lining up the speakers across all European and Asian events.
Doina is fluent in English, Russian and Portuguese and has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Elena Cohen is a Client Relations Manager for the North America Institutional Investor Series. Prior to Markets Group, she has experience in the events space as well as business development, and recruitment. Elena graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, and a minor in Psychology. She currently resides in New York City.
Emilia Ojasalo is responsible for the business development
and client engagement across Europe. Prior to joining Markets Group, Emilia was
the head of sales and client relations at a premium government relations firm based
in Dubai.
MS. Ojasalo also holds extensive background working in
financial sector events in London and across the world. She held a head account
manager and client relations positions in a leading independent consultancy in
London matching private clients and institutional investors to specialist
managers and direct investment opportunities. She was responsible for
organizing and bringing fund managers and investors together in financial events
across the Globe. She handled everything from strategic partnerships to event team
management and delivering one of the kind investor and manager introductions.
Emilia spends a large part of her time working closely with Institutional
Investors and Private Wealth sector.
She holds double
bachelor’s degree in European Business Management from Metropolia University of
Helsinki.
Currently works as a Program Manager & Investor Relations within the Private Equity Group. Prior to Markets Group she worked on the Event industry, Maritime Foreign Trade data industry and Corporate Real Estate data industry.
Gabriela joined Markets Group as a Client Relations Manager. Prior to Markets Group she worked in Account and Partnerships Management at a Commercial Real Estate Publication.
Gabriela graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a Master’s in International Business Law.
Gabriela resides in New York however she spends as much time as she can at home, in Ireland.
After wearing different hats, Giseli now oversees all logistics
& operations for Markets Group globally. Prior to Markets Group, she has
held positions with Banco Nossa Caixa (Banco do Brasil), Santander Bank and
UNICAMP (University of Campinas). Giseli earned a BA Degree in Business and
Marketing from Escola Superior de Administração e Comunicação in Brazil, an MBA
from the University of Sao Paulo, an MA Degree in Economics and International
Business from the City University of New York and has attended executive
classes at NYU and Columbia University.
Harriet Oakley is Head of Design for Markets Group. As an experienced design lead, Harriet possesses an all round expert eye for all things visual.
Harriet graduated from the University of the Arts London where she obtained a degree in Magazine Publishing, she then went on to study at Southampton Solent University with a degree in Journalism.
Ian Ferguson works in the Institutional team of Markets Group as a Project Manager & Investor Relations.
Prior to joining Markets Group, Ian produced conference content for multiple event companies in Canada and the UK, and also has previous experience in business development and market analysis.
Ian is based in Southwestern Ontario, Canada, and in his free time enjoys travel, running and spending time with his family.

Jane graduated from both Oxford Brookes University and L’Ecole Superieur de Commerce La Rochelle with a BA Honours in European Business. Jane lives in Wimbledon, UK, with her young family.
Jane is a London based project manager of EMEA investor forums. Prior to that, she was a Senior Conference Producer at PEI Media looking after private equity real estate and real estate debt events. Before that Jane was a Project Director at the GRI Club responsible for investor meetings in Russia and UK.
Jason works in the Institutional team of Markets Group as a Project Manager & Investor Relations.
He currently lives in Long Island, New York. Prior to joining Markets Group, Jason worked as a delegate acquisition executive at IQPC. He also worked at a Hedge Fund called Ironhold Capital.
Mr. Grullon is Markets Group's Program Manager & Investor Relations who is responsible for identifying and creating relationship with delegates who attend the live conferences.
Jeremy Tobing is an Investor Relations & Program Manager, currently working with the Institutional team in North America.
Prior to joining Markets Group, Jeremy worked at Generis, where he produced events for Fortune 500 executives focusing on IT and medical devices. Jeremy also served in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Signal Operator, where he supported the Canadian Army with communications and information services.
Jeremy is based out of Toronto, Canada and graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Management Sciences. He speaks English, French and Indonesian, and is striving to learn more languages.
Jisoo is Investor Relations & Program Manager at Markets Group, where she organizes investors’ forums in the Asia-Pacific, especially with a focus on South Korea.
Prior to joining Markets Group, she has experience in event management of the hosts, ranging from the Korea Economic Daily and Green Climate Fund to Financial Services Commission, Korea Development Bank, Financial Supervisory Service and Seoul Metropolitan Government.
She read BA in Economics with French at Durham University, UK, and MA in French Literature at Korea University, South Korea.

Prior to joining Markets Group, Joanna worked with Sovereign Wealth funds, institutional investors, and family offices, introducing them to investment opportunities in the Gulf region.
Joanna joined the finance industry after completing her BA from Sciences Po Paris and City University London. She started her career working as a financial journalist at the FT (Mergermarket), thereafter moving to Bloomberg and was later headhunted to join Institutional Investor.
Joanna’s international exposure has allowed her to communicate in several languages and sustain strong intercultural relationships.
Mr. Zajas is responsible for marketing outreach and new business development across all all sectors (Real Estate, Private Equity, Alternatives, Private Wealth, and Institutional Investor Teams). He is responsible for generating new leads and attracting new business to these sectors through various marketing tactics. He also responsible for in house data development and marketing budgets.
He has previously worked in the financial sector at Bank of America. He holds a degree in International Business from Canisius College in Buffalo.
Joyce first left her country the Gambia in 2009 to pursue a bachelor’s in agricultural studies in Taiwan. After graduating she went back to work for a World bank funded project where she trained youth and women entrepreneurs on entrepreneurship and managed start-up grant allocations.
Joyce has, however, always had a passion for the hospitality industry, and this became even more evident whilst managing a restaurant in Gambia. In 2016, she went on to pursue a master’s degree in hospitality and event management in Barcelona. She worked at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Barcelona as an event planner further harnessing her hospitality skills before immigrating to the US and joining Markets Group as an operation’s associate, supporting operations & logistics of its forums globally. She has now transitioned to the role of CRM & data manager.
Besides being a single mum, Joyce travels the world when the time allows, models professionally, invests in women’s SME’s, and runs the Riley’s Foundation for Girls which provides funding for underprivileged girls to study at the University of The Gambia.
Karishna manages programs in the Latin America and Europe event series through content formulation, investor relations and event planning. Previously, she coordinated and managed strategic promotional partnerships at Markets Group to generate leads across all sectors (Real Estate, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Private Wealth, Energy & Infrastructure, and Institutional Investor Teams). Karishna was born and raised in the Bronx and a New York Yankees fan.
Karly Congero is a Partner Engagement Manager on the Alts team at Markets Group. She has a background in outbound sales in the market intelligence field with CB Insights, as well as experience working in insurance and financial services at Equitable (formerly AXA). She has always enjoyed event planning and is really looking forward to advancing her career at Markets Group! Karly is currently based in Brooklyn, NY and originally is from Lavallette NJ. She loves to travel and her favorite hobby is spending time with her small army of nieces and nephews.
Katie is an Investor Relations and Program Manager at Markets Group based in London. Prior to Markets Group, Katie ran the membership at Campden Club, a global membership network for multi-generational business-owning families, families of substantial wealth and their private offices. Katie also spent many years operationally delivering international world class corporate events where she facilitated the connectivity between attendees with the aim to build future business relationships. Katie has a passion for traveling and while living in Singapore, she enjoyed island hopping in Southeast Asia.
Katrina Kazhura is an Investor Relations and Program Manager at Markets Group, currently working with the Private Wealth, North America team. She graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Digital Marketing. Prior to joining Markets Group, Katrina has worked on a wide range of large-scale corporate conferences, including Strategic Enrollment Management, Employer Relations, Digital Marketing, FinTech and HR and has a client relations and event management expertise.
Khaled is Markets Group’s Finance, Ops, & Compliance Manager based in NYC. Prior to joining Markets Group, Khaled worked as a litigation associate at an international firm and as a legal advisor to a United Nations special project. In his free time, he enjoys long bike rides, tennis, and the theater. Khaled earned a B.A. in Government and Philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. and L.L.M. in Comparative and International Law from Duke University School of Law.
Kwame is responsible for the production and program management of real estate events in both the US and Canada. Prior to joining Markets Group, he oversaw the staging and production of real estate events at several media firms. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University.
I graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Prior to joining Markets Group, I spent 6 ½ years in asset management distribution with Victory Capital Management selling mutual funds, ETFS & SMAs to financial advisors. I have passion for fishing, golfing, scuba diving and spending time with family & friends.
Lara Mendoza is a Creative Designer with extensive knowledge in branding, graphic design, and web design. Prior to joining Markets Group, Lara held various marketing and design roles within the fashion, home furnishings, and real estate industries. As a creative, Lara possesses an expert eye for visual design. She brings a sleek, streamlined, and professional perspective to projects with a focus on delivering great customer experiences. Her experience as a digital nomad and connecting with other creatives through a global approach is the inspiration behind her work. Lara is fluent in both Spanish and English and has a B.A. in Multimedia/Web Design and Computer Information Systems from Rider University.
Lucy Wilson is an Operations Manager at Markets Group. She graduated from Kingston University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. Prior to joining Markets Group, Lucy worked as a Senior Events Manager for Investment Europe and International Investment brands at Incisive Media.
Madeline Heckman is the Head of Institutional Real Estate Content at Markets Group. Prior to starting at Markets Group, Ms. Heckman spent nine years at Euromoney managing relationships with institutional investors, OCIOs, retirement plan advisors, RIAs, family offices, and defined contribution plan sponsors across the asset management and real estate industries. Ms. Heckman graduated from Gettysburg College with a degree in Business and Art.
Mariel Barcelon is a Program Manager and Investor Relations with the Real Estate team of Markets Group. Prior to joining Markets Group, Mariel had 3 years experience as Senior Associate in Investor Relations with Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Funds and has a combined 8 years of experience in the finance industry.
Mariel moved to Toronto, Canada in 2015 from Philippines where she took 2.5 years of graduate studies in Economics with Ateneo de Manila University. She was granted the Maria Elena Yuchangco Scholarship Fellowship Program with University of San Francisco for M.A. in Economics in Spring of 2012.
Outside of work, she loves to travel, take walks with her dog, Maia, is fascinated with flowers and enjoys the company of her loved ones.
Matt Sowinski works as a Program Manager & Investor Relations on the Private Equity team at Markets Group, where he organizes investors’ forums across America. Prior to joining Markets Group, Matt worked as a Conference Producer at Generis, where he led multiple industry events across the USA, and worked abroad in South Korea as an ESL teacher. Matt is from Toronto, Ontario, and now lives in Kitchener, Ontario. In his free time, Matt loves creating content centered around video games, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Mr. Tattersall is based in London works with our Institutional team covering sponsorship relationships for the Forums in Europe. Prior to Markets Group he was at Informa covering a diverse portfolio including Hedge Funds, Corporate Finance, Alternatives and Energy and Infrastructure. Mr. Tattersall graduated with a BA in International Relations from the University of Leeds.
Mr. Laurent is responsible for production as well as investor relations across Europe for multi-asset and asset-specific meetings. Prior to Markets Group, he was a Business Development Specialist for consulting firms in Singapore, Bangkok and Jakarta. Mr. Laurent has graduated from Montpellier Business School in France and earned a Master’s degree in International Business.
Meagan specializes in hotel logistics and operations for Markets Group’s global events portfolio. Prior to joining Markets Group, Meagan held events positions at AlphaMetrix Events, the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), and the Association of International Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) where she planned complex financial conferences for up to 4,000 attendees. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and has her Digital Event Specialist (DES) certification.
Meagan serves on the Board of Directors for the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) New England chapter and is an active volunteer and advocate for the meetings industry. She graduated Cum Laude from Temple University where she majored in Public Relations and Business.
Meghan is responsible for program management and investor relations at Markets Group. Prior to joining Markets Group, Meghan held events positions at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), New York University (NYU) and the New Jersey Devils. She has her Digital Event Specialist (DES) certification and graduated from Rutgers University where she majored in Communications.
Michael Huffer is an Investor Relations and Program Manager at Markets Group. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a Business Development Manager overseeing 20 BDR's. Also, he led the sales enablement team concentrated on content and onboarding. Michael resides in Indianapolis, Indiana and likes to spend his leisure time watching sports, playing golf and games with his family and dog. He graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's in Media Sales and Marketing.
Michael Martinez is Co-Head of Private Wealth Production - Americas where he manages the production and day-to-day operations of the Private Wealth team, assisting in creating and development of agenda content, and managing relationships with leading industry professionals. Prior to the Private Wealth team, Michael spent time on our Institutional Team as a Senior Program Manager. Prior to joining Markets Group, he spent some time as a Senior Manager for Planning and Events for Paramount Global Investor Relations team. Michael is from New Jersey and currently resides in Highlands, NJ. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, enjoys playing ice hockey, going to the beach, traveling, and is a TV and Movie buff.
Molly Stemwedel is Co-Head of Institutional Production for North America. In this role she manages the production and day-to-day operations of the Institutional team, assisting in creating agenda content, and managing relationships with leading allocators across North America.
Prior to joining Markets Group, she spent three years as a VP of Institutional events for a New York conference company, building relationships with allocators and writing programs for industry events. Molly has previous experience in sales, social media marketing, and research psychology. Molly graduated from New York University with a BA in psychology, and a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies.
Molly is originally from
Chicago, and moved to New York nine years ago, currently residing in Brooklyn.
In her free time, she enjoys trying the various cuisines the city has to offer,
spending time outside, writing, and singing karaoke. Molly is an avid reader,
baker, and home chef.
Morgan Lomas is an Investor Relations Program Manager at Markets Group. She graduated from University of Hartford in 2019 from Barney Business School with a degree in Marketing. Previously, she worked at a Wealth Management Company as an Operations Associate. Morgan is based at the Jersey Shore.
Natasha Guzman is an Investor Relations and Program Manager at Markets Group focused on Private Wealth Events. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Business Management. Previously, she worked in the corporate events space focused on Information Technology, Cyber Security, Human Resources, Finance and Marketing.
She has been a native New Yorker for 14 years and is originally from Miami, Florida.
Nawshad Noorkhan is responsible for the business development and client engagement across EMEA within the Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Markets Group, Nawshad was the Head of Commercial at the Financial Times based out of London and was responsible for the Wealth and Asset Management forums business globally.
Prior to this, Mr. Noorkhan has held a variety of senior commercial positions with some of the world’s leading event businesses including Terrapin, Globaldata and Euromoney PLC where he was responsible for forecasting, team management and the profitability of multiple global event portfolios.
Nawshad spends a large part of his time working closely with institutional investors, fund managers and other leading asset managers and has gained valuable experience advising on capital raising efforts in a variety of complex and emerging markets.
Nicole Lopez joined Markets Group as a Production Associate for the Alternative Investments team in North America. She contributes to the Alts series through investor relations and content formulation. Prior to Markets Group, Nicole led her university’s chapter of Amnesty International Org. and was in charge of recruiting as well as event organization.
Nicole graduated from Boston University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Foreign Security Studies. A NY native, Nicole is now located in Miami, FL.
Born in Myanmar, raised in Singapore and graduated in Thailand with a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Ms. Gorlatova joined Markets Group in 2014 and is responsible
for investor relations across the US. Prior to joining Markets Group, she
worked as a Research Associate at Euromoney Institutional Investor. Ms.
Gorlatova graduated from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business with a
Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments. Olga is
originally from Belarus and speaks English, Russian, Belarussian and Spanish.
Ms. Olivia Ho is now working with Markets Group as Co-Head of APAC Production & Investor Relations, engaging with Institutional and Private Wealth investors in interviews and meetings to create content pieces with the editorial team, as well as leading the production of the Institutional Forums, Private Wealth Events, and Alternative Series in APAC. Olivia was the Program Manager & Investor Relations with Markets Group for a year before this role. Prior to joining Markets Group, Olivia worked as a Management Trainee in DBS Bank for two years after graduation and then as Delegate Acquisition Manager with Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC and Audience Development Manager with AsianInvestor, Haymarket Media Pte Ltd covering APAC Institutional Forums. Olivia was born and raised in Hong Kong. She speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin and is currently learning Japanese, and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Management at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2013.
Orlanda is Markets Group Singapore’s Co-Head of APAC Production & Investor Relations, handling the areas of Institutional Forums, Private Wealth Events, and Alternative Series.
Orlanda has been in Singapore for over 10 years now, with prior experience in ticket sales, and sponsorship sales from some of the leading financial event companies in Singapore.
Ms. Poblete is born and raised in Manila, Philippines. A Mass Communication graduate, having English and Tagalog as her major languages.
Paola Segura heads up Markets Group’s Singapore office and oversees the Asia Pacific business. She has experience in Investor Relations, engaging with Institutional and Private Wealth investors through investment meetings to aid them with strategic manager selection. Prior to moving to Singapore, Paola was responsible for Markets Group’s Institutional client relationships in the EMEA region assisting asset managers in building relationships with pension funds, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and investment consultants.
Ms. Segura is both Colombian and American and was raised in France. She speaks Spanish, English and French, and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering.
Parys is an Event Manager at Markets Group. Parys serves on the Board of Directors for the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) New England chapter. She graduated from Franklin and Marshall with degrees in both Government and Sociology.
Prior to joining Markets Group, Parys held events positions at InnoLead, Corinthian Events and the Chief Executives Organization (CEO).
Patrick Egan is
the Head of Real Estate and Responsible Investing at Markets Group. Mr. Egan focuses providing capital
formation assistance to private equity real estate funds and ventures across
both core and non-core strategies. Prior to his current role he was involved in
both Private Equity, and Private Wealth sales. He also led a high
performing delegate sales team globally across all Markets Group’s verticals. Strong finance professional with a B.S.
focused on Finance from Southern Connecticut State University and CFA
Investment Foundations charter holder.
Rahima Nawab is an Investor Relations & Program Manager and is Based in Dubai. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing & Retail from Heriot Watt University Dubai. Prior to Markets Group Rahima worked at Terrapinn Middle East as a networking marketing executive/customer success, she also worked for MaskEX Global as an event executive.
Prior to Markets Group, Raman worked in the Events Industry for 6 years for a company headquartered in London and then moved to a Financial Broker as a Financial Controller for the UK & ME.
Rebecca Agheli is responsible for client relations across the APAC region, primarily forcing on Australia and NZ marketplace.
Prior to joining Markets Group, Mrs. Agheli was the Event Director at Terrapin Australia. Prior to Terrapin Australia, Mrs. Agheli was the Division Director at Akolade heading the Public Sector division.
Mrs. Agheli is both Iranian and Australian and speaks English and Farsi and holds a degree in Marketing, Advertising and Sales.
Rebecca Christmas is an Investor Relations and Program Manager at Markets Group, currently working in the Private Equity team. Prior to joining the company, she worked in producing dynamic and informational global energy events.
Rebecca is based in London, UK and has an Upper Second-Class Honors BA degree in English Literature and Language from The University of Nottingham.
Resha joined Markets Group as a Client Relations Manager APAC in 2023. Previously, she worked as a Delegate Relations & Sales Representative at a UK-based Conference Organizer.
Resha holds a degree in Convention and Event Management from Polytechnic of Tourism Palembang, Indonesia and has volunteered at numerous National & International events.
Resha is a proud mom to three cute cats and currently living in Bali, Indonesia.
Roberta Dalla is a Client Relations Manager for the Private Equity Group at Markets Group. Prior to Markets Group she worked in marketing and Business development roles in Sao Paulo (Brazil), Santiago (Chile) and New York City. Roberta spends a large part of her time working closely with Institutional Investors and Private Equity fund administrators.
Roberta is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and has a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary and Marketing.
Roberta, aka Roby, is an Event Manager at Markets Group. Roby has worked in the events industry for over 9 years, 4 of which in Financial Services. Prior to joining the company, Roby was an Event Manager at Meta (previously known as Facebook). Roby graduated from the European School of Economics with a BA Degree in International Marketing. In her free time, Roby takes any opportunity to travel. She loves writing and arts.
Sakti Sundram is based in Singapore and works with our APAC team supporting client relationships across the Institutional, Private Wealth and Alternative Investment events.
Prior to joining Markets Group, Sakti was from the Events industry, handling Event Sales and Operations. She loves spending time with her family and is also a dog lover.
Sara Katrenich is a Program Manager & Investor Relations. Prior to joining Markets Group, she spent two years as a VP of RIA events, building relationships with allocators and writing programs for industry events. Sara has also worked in film production and leads History Tour Pub Crawls on the weekends.
Sara graduated from the Ohio State University with a BA in History, with minors in Slavic Language and Security and Intelligence. Originally from Cleveland, OH, she now lives in Manhattan.
Serena is responsible for program management and investor relations within the ALTS team at Markets Group in London. Prior to joining Markets Group, she recruited speakers and delegates for conferences in the private equity and hedge fund space at Global Fund Media.
Serena has an MA in Sustainable Cities from King’s College London and a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter.
Sherell Ghauharali, originally from Amsterdam, is an Investor Relations and Program Manager at Markets Group. Prior to joining the company, she has worked as a Client Relationship Manager at a fintech that brought together experienced professionals in both asset and wealth management. Sherell's earlier experience includes working in Investor Relations at Institutional Investor, with a strong emphasis on the Benelux Region.
Currently based in London, Sherell holds a master's degree in Economic and Consumer Psychology from Leiden University in The Netherlands.
Sheryl is Market Group’s Investor Relations & Program Manager based in Singapore. She organizes some of the Private Wealth and Institutional investors’ forums in the Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining Markets Group, she has 10 years of experience from international conference industry as a customer experience lead, delegate and sponsorship sales. Sheryl is an Accounting graduate but enjoys helping customers more, she loves to go to the gym and travelling with family.
Siofra is based in the UK and works with our Institutional/Private Wealth teams covering sponsorship relationships for the Forums in Europe. Prior to Markets Group she worked in Business Development at IPE Real Assets for 8 years covering all media across Real Estate, Forestry, Agriculture and Infrastructure.
She holds a BA Hons degree in Modern Languages and Business from the University of Nottingham.
Sneha is the CRM Marketing Manager at Markets Group. With eight years of experience working in Commercial Real Estate Sales. She is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She is a full time cat mum and in her free time, she likes to try out new recipes and considers herself a rookie gardener.
Sophia is a Program Manager & Investor Relations Specialist on the Institutional team. She has experience producing events across multiple sectors including medical and manufacturing. Sophia is located in Toronto, Canada and graduated from the University of Guelph. In her free time, Sophia enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with family.
Sovaida Noronha is a Senior Program Manager at Markets Group. She has been producing and bringing to market first of its kind large-scale events in the wealth industry for both the US & Canadian Markets for 12+ years. Prior to joining the company, Sovaida was the Director of Event Content Production for Advisor Circle, Wealth Professional Magazine and Inside ETFs (Informa). In her free time, Sovaida loves to spend time with her family, travel and cook.
Stevie Jacobson is a Senior Client Relations Manager for the ALTS Series at Markets Group. Prior to joining Markets Group, Stevie was a Senior Membership Development Associate at World 50, a private forum for C-suite executives working in the Fortune 500.
Stevie has a B.S. in Mass Communications from GCSU. She is currently based in Miami, FL.
Talita Quirino is an Investor Relations and Program Manager of Private Equity Series at Markets Group, the world’s leading conference organizer serving the investment management industry.
Prior to Markets Group, Talita was the Head of Key Accounts at GRI Group for 5 years being responsible for the Club Members and Special Club Partners in Latin America. With more than 10 years in the events industry, she was part of companies as Buildings, Gouvea Ecosystem, Informa, Ubifrance and McDonald’s.
Talita is a Brazilian journalist
based in São Paulo, Law graduate and post graduate in Politics and
International Relations.
Prior to Markets Group, I have worked in the events industry for 14 years for Terrapinn in London office as a Head of AR later as a Management Accountant.
Mr. Raleigh is responsible for financial management and strategic planning for Markets Group. Prior to MG, he held financial and management positions at Progressive Insurance. Mr. Raleigh graduated with honors in Political Science at Kent State University in Ohio.
Tiyo is a Production & Sales team member for APAC & ME regions. Prior to joining Markets Group, he worked as an Operations & Account Associate at a UK-based event producer. Tiyo also has a background in working at international companies in Bali since 2016. In his previous roles, he has been responsible for helping business owners with legal matters, recruiting and training staff and expanding branches. He is fluent in English and Indonesian, he speaks Arabic (Fusha), and is learning French (A1).
In his spare time, Tiyo enjoys riding his motorbike and traveling. He is also interested in movies and gadgets.
Prior to joining Markets Group, Tom looked after the commercial side of Haymarket’s Finance titles including the advertising, content, sponsorship, research & the subscription departments of AsianInvestor, CorporateTreasurer & FinanceAsia. Tom’s main passion was within the AsianInvestorbrand where he developed platforms and opportunities for asset managers & service provider to build relationships with institutional investors in the APAC region. Tom holds a BA (Hons) degree in International Business Management from the University of Newcastle, which included a year in Hong Kong where Tom found his new home. Tom has resided in Hong Kong for the last 14 years.
Tom Hind is responsible for business development across the US Private Wealth Forum Group. Prior to joining the Markets Group, Mr. Hind was the Director of Sales for the RIA Institute at Institutional Investor. Prior to Institutional Investor, Mr. Hind spent over a decade in asset management distribution with such firms as AllianceBernstein, JP Morgan and J&W Seligman. Mr. Hind graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing.
Vanessa Orlarey has been working for more than 5 years for leading Financial Publishing & Media companies in the UK, covering European markets, both buyside and sell-side, within the Asset Management and Wealth Management industry.
Previously Head of Fund Selector Relationships for InvestmentEurope brand at Incisive Media, she was focusing on Fund Selectors attendance at events & distribution contacts, managing a team of 5 and developing Diversity projects in Europe.
Beforehand, she was the first Head of Sales Italy based in Milan at Citywire, in charge of the Italian market and its sales revenue across the different product lines: Events, Digital, Print and Research.
Vanessa began her career in the financial services market in London as International Events Sales Manager at Citywire, responsible for the main European markets, with a focus on Italy but she was coming from a decade of experience in the Luxury Hospitality sector where she drove and developed Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions business.
Victoria is a Client Relations Manager for the Private Equity Group at Markets Group. She was born in Cartagena, Colombia and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Prior to joining Markets Group, Victoria was an Executive Director for Capital Analytics, where she met with over 300 top CEOs, thought leaders and decision makers to secure annual advertising and sponsorship contracts for the Invest publication and launch conference.
Victoria enjoys traveling, learning new languages and has her own resort wear brand in Colombia.
Will Hamilton-Hill is responsible for Sponsor Relationships and Client Development within the Hedge Fund Forum Group.
Prior to joining the Markets Group, Will has held multiple Sales Management roles within the Conference, Media/Publishing and Market Research industries. With specialty focuses on Pharmaceutical, IT, Healthcare, Financial and Energy sectors.

Mr. Coba is Head of Institutional Relations for North America at Markets Group. He is responsible for key relationships with direct allocators within US Public & Corporate Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Institutional Consultants, Endowments, Foundations, Insurance Companies & Healthcare Systems to aid them in increasing their portfolio efficiency and investment returns through relevant event content and strategic manager selection. Mr. Coba has ten plus years of industry experience, including a tenure as an assistant vice president within Global Consultant Relations / Institutional Sales & Distribution at Nuveen / TIAA, and as a Senior Relationship Manager for US and International investment banks, hedge funds and other asset managers building relationships with institutional asset owners globally. His background includes experience in domestic and international business development, investor relations, capital introduction & event management with senior buy & sell side investment professionals, high net worth individuals and C-level executives for B2B conferences. Mr. Coba attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he majored in International Business and Marketing.
William is Head of People Ops with Markets Group in NYC. He is heavily involved with our foreign operations in the UK and Singapore, and enjoys navigating the difficult landscapes that different cultures and ecosystems present in the world of business. Prior to this, William managed a youth gymnastics facility where he taught several classes a day with ages ranging from 3-12 years old. In his spare time, he enjoys making music, rock-climbing and bowling. William earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where he studied Management and Business Administration.
William is the Senior Operations Manager with Markets Group in NYC. Will has been in the Private Equity world for 8 years. Prior to joining, Will was known as the man with many hats helping in every department in his previous roles. On his free time, he loves to travel, listen to music, watch movies, and explore new cuisines. Will has earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York for Design and Technology and minoring in Animation.
Yesenia Valle is responsible for client relations and business development within the Alternative Investments team. Prior to joining the Markets Group, Yesenia held a sales management role within the events industry. Cultivating relationships with service providers, fintech’s, and investors in the financial sector.
Yesenia is a South Florida native and graduated from Florida Atlantic University, where she earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Sociology.
Zung is based in Prague, The Czech Republic, and takes care of investor relations and production at Markets Group. Previously, she worked on a wide range of projects across Asia, including FinTech conferences, Marketing events and study programs for MBA cohorts. Zung holds a Master's degree in Media Studies.
