This is an exciting opportunity for a client relationship manager covering global asset management sectors to join a high growth organization. This role will focus on business development for our highly successful geo-cloned portfolio of new events across the US and Europe. The portfolio is international and includes conferences for asset managers and institutional investors in financial centers such as London, Zurich, and Paris. Some travel will be required.

Primary responsibilities

  • Develop new and managing existing business relationships with companies interested in our conferences’ networking benefits
  • Secure sponsorship opportunities from high level decision makers at potential firms

What we are looking for

  • Intelligent and articulate professional with an with an understanding of the institutional asset management space
  • Analytical, financially astute, possesses business acumen, deal oriented
  • Proven sales track record
· Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key clients
  • Comfortable working within a team and contributing to its overall success
  • Results driven with interest in role focused on phone and meeting outreach
  • Client service experience with high rebook rate
