PensionDanmark named Cecilie Orland Kiærskou as the new investment director of its real estate branch, PensionDanmark Enjedomme, effective Feb. 1, 2026.
“With Cecilie at the helm of our new investment unit, we are increasing our focus on joint ventures and urban development projects – areas where we are already strongly present and where we need to be even stronger in the future,” said Torben Modvig, chief executive officer of PensionDanmark Enjedomme, in a LinkedIn post.
“The appointment is an important part of our strategy to ensure that real estate investments both create attractive urban environments and contribute to stable, competitive returns for members’ pension savings,” added Modvig.
Kiærskou will join the pension fund from Nordic developer and investor Urban Partners, where she is an investment manager. Previously, she worked at NREP for almost a decade, holding multiple roles including investment associate and investment manager at the firm. In the beginning of her career, she worked at AP Pension for nearly three years.
Additionally, Modvig announced the appointment of Claus Skytte as the property unit’s new development director, who will also be joining from February 2026.
