Shawn Lese, Head of Portfolio Management, Americas, Nuveen Real Estate Mr. Lese has broad product and portfolio management responsibilities for Nuveen Real Estate’s ~$90 billion Americas platform. He develops new proprietary investment products focused on private equity and debt strategies and is responsible for the oversight and performance of the U.S. equity real estate portfolio across multiple property types, risk styles and client mandates. He leads a team of seasoned portfolio managers in driving investment performance and partnering with our clients on their current and prospective real estate investments.
