Olivier Houix Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Ostrum Asset Management

Olivier Houix has been named the Chief Executive Officer of Ostrum Asset Management, succeeding Philippe Setbon, who has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Investment Managers, responsible for asset and wealth management for Groupe BPCE, effective from December 14, 2023. Olivier Houix will directly report to Philippe Setbon.

Olivier Houix initiated his career in 1997 in the General Inspection department of Banque Indosuez. He joined Groupe BPCE in 2001 and has held various positions within Natixis, including the General Inspection department and the strategy department of Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne. In 2005, he transitioned to the Asset Management division, holding roles such as project manager, director of organization, and deputy director of Natixis Asset Management's Finance and Operations division. He served as CEO of Natixis Asset Management Finance for 10 years starting in 2009. In 2019, he assumed the position of Head of Internal Audit at Natixis Investment Managers, and in September 2022, he was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer of Groupe BPCE's global businesses, including Natixis CIB and Natixis IM. Olivier Houix, aged 51, is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School and Sciences Po Strasbourg.
