Miguel Jauregui has assumed the role of Managing Director of Capital Markets at Sands Investment Group (SIG), working from the company's Los Angeles office. With over ten years of experience in commercial real estate and expertise in comprehensive debt analysis, Miguel will lead SIG's Capital Markets division.
Before joining SIG, he served as the Director of Capital Markets at SAB Capital, overseeing nearly $350 million in debt placements on over 150 investment properties nationwide, totaling almost $600 million in value. Miguel's prior experience includes roles at Wells Fargo as a Commercial Real Estate Banker in New York City and Director positions at two boutique investment sales brokerages. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions, covering various sectors such as retail, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality.
