Most recently, Williams served as the chief of staff to CIO and CEO at A$85.7bn Victorian Funds Management Corporation for almost two years. In the role, she was responsible for developing strategy and focused on impact.

She has previously also held the role of head of investments stewardship at Victorian Funds Management Corporation until August 2021.

In between the two roles, Williams served as ESG consultant and advisory at TTW Advisory for over a year.

She was also a member of the climate bonds standards board at Climate Bonds Initiative for three years.
