Hareesh Nair

Mr. Hareesh Nair is the Chief Investment Officer, Tsao Pao Chee Group, serves on the Group Investment Committee and oversees the Group’s financial resources towards building businesses and investments enabling the well-being mandate established by its Chairman Chavalit Frederick Tsao. Hareesh brings over 20 years of experience in both investment management and operations leadership, developed across Asia and the United States within large multinationals, family businesses, investment conglomerates and private equity.
As an investor, Hareesh expanded Fosun International’s Healthcare Holdings across Asia, and prior was on the founding team of Quadria Capital, a leading Asian healthcare private equity group originally anchored by TPC and Medtronic. Hareesh started his investment career at Medtronic’s Corporate Development team.
As a business operator, Hareesh served in an executive role on the board of SOHO Global Health, a prominent Indonesian family-owned, private-equity backed pharmaceutical and logistics group, leading to its IPO on JKSE. As COO of Engine Biosciences, Hareesh led the biotech’s expansion within the US. He started his career at global healthcare multinationals Becton Dickinson and Gilead.
Hareesh earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.

Jean Chia

Jean Chia is Bank of Singapore’s Global CIO, responsible for the CIO Investment Institute which covers macro insights, portfolio strategy and investment strategy for multi-asset portfolios for wealth and asset management. Jean is responsible for Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM), Advisory Portfolio Management (APM), Funds Selection and Alternatives Investment at Bank of Singapore. Jean is a member of Bank of Singapore’s Global Management Committee and chairs the Bank’s Investment Committee and Sustainable Investment Governance Committee. She chairs the board of directors for BOS International Fund, Luxembourg and is part of the OCBC Wealth Panel.
Jean has over 25 years of experience in Private Banking and Asset Management. She was previously Head, Equities Advisory & Sales, responsible for the equities and derivatives business at Bank of Singapore, and Head of Client Advisory Services, Investment Products & Services at UBS Wealth Management, Singapore. Prior to UBS, she was Vice President, Head of Grassroots Research at Allianz Dresdner Asset Management (now known as Allianz Global Investor
Jean graduated with an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from University of Oxford, UK. She currently serves on the Development Advisory Board of St Hilda’s College, University of Oxford.
Jean holds a Sustainable Finance certification from Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership (CISL). She is a Financial Women’s Association of Singapore (FWA) Female Champion and the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Fellow for Private Banking and Wealth Management. Jean is a Director on the Board of Mandai Nature, the conservation arm established by Mandai Wildlife Group and Temasek.
