Andrew Fisher is head of investment strategy at Australian Retirement Trust (formerly Sunsuper), one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds. Since joining the fund in 2010, he has played a central role in shaping portfolio construction, strategic and tactical asset allocation, and investment risk frameworks across diversified options. Earlier in his career, he worked with the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation as an investment strategist and with Milliman as a consultant in financial risk management. Fisher is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University.

Earlier in his career, he was head of quantitative research at MIR Investment Management, head of equities research at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and principal economist in transfer pricing at Deloitte. He holds a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BSc in Agricultural Science from the University of Western Australia.

Mansour holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland and a Doctor of Global Economics degree from SBS Swiss Business School.
