Naoya SUGIMOTO is the Co-Chief Investment Officer, the head of Global Investment Department, the Deputy Director-General of Japan University Fund at Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). Prior to joining JST, he provided portfolio solutions through all asset classes to institutional investors at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior to that, he headed Japan Strategy Team at PIMCO Japan leading portfolio solutions business, and worked for PIMCO headquarter office in US in charge of developing portfolio and risk management models. Prior to that, he served as a quant analyst at Credit Suisse, as the CSO/CFO for Forbes JAPAN, and worked at NTT Data on cryptography R&D in his career. He holds an MSc in Computer Science (AI) from the University of Tokyo. He is a CFA charterholder, CAIA charterholder, FRM, CMA, and CMTA.

Yoshi focuses innovative strategies and products with the investment horizon structures. He has more than 35 years of experience in investment and risk management. Before that, Mr. Kiguchi was a managing director of Russell Investments in Japan, where he supervised several teams, and delivered a wide range of consulting and solutions to the institutional clients including Toyota, Fujitsu, NEC, Sekisui, Toray, and Mazda. He joined Russell as a consultant in 1998.Prior to joining Russell, Mr. Kiguchi was with Sumitomo Life for ten years. He was placed in charge of corporate strategy, equity investments, researching capital markets, including private equities, and performing quanti-tative risk management and ALM.B.S., Precision Machinery (Robotics), the University of Tokyo, 1988.

Norimitsu Takeda joined Zurich Life Insurance Japan Company in 2000 as auditor. He is currently the Investment Manager. His current responsibilities include devising the ALM strategy and capital poli-cy, developing the Investment strategy and constructing an appropriate portfolio taking into ac-count the insurance liabilities. During his first 2 years at Zurich, he worked in the Internal Audit, Compliance and Marketing departments after which he then became a fund manager for Bonds, Equities and REITs. Also, together with his team, he built the Risk Management System, the Middle office system and the Trading system for Japan entities. Prior to joining Zurich, he worked at Actuari-al Department of domestic life insurance company where he was responsible for management strat-egy construction and actuarial analysis. He holds a Chartered Member of the Security Analysts Asso-ciation of Japan.

Shoichi Mine, CFA, is the Co-Head of Fund Research at Nomura Fiduciary Research and Consulting Co., Ltd. (NFRC). In his current role, he oversees fund research and analysis. Previously, Mr. Mine served as the Head of Fixed Income Analysis at NFRC. Mr. Mine joined NFRC in 2013 as a Senior Fund Analyst. Before that, he worked at Nomura Asset Management as a portfolio manager specializing in fixed income investments. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years at Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, where he initially served as an equity research analyst before transitioning to a portfolio manager role that included oversight of the firm's non-yen bond portfolio. Mr. Mine earned his bachelor's degree from the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
