Abdulaziz Al Delaimi, Chairman, Al Delaimi Holding Abdulaziz is the founder and chairman of NIMR Oil Well Maintenance W.L.L., established in 2018 to serve
Qatar's oil and gas market. Previously, he was Chairman of National Petroleum Services, a $550 million
multinational oil & gas service company. He also chairs Al Delaimi Group/Al Delaimi Holding Company, which
operates in various non-oil sectors, including industrial plastic manufacturing and logistics. A senior executive
with extensive experience in achieving business growth, Abdulaziz leads over 2000 employees, generating
annual revenues exceeding $200 million. He is recognized for his entrepreneurial leadership and ability to
manage critical business drivers across multiple industries. |
Mohammed Elias, Treasurer, National Development Fund Mohammed currently heads the Treasury Department at the National Development Fund and has done so since
the inception of the centralized treasury. The NDF consolidates the capital across the 12 development banks
and funds that the NDF supervises, under the kingdom’s vision of establishing a world-class Development
Finance Institute (DFI). Prior to joining the NDF, Mohammed served as the Head of Money Market and Funding
at Banque Saudi Fransi. Earlier on in his career, Mohammed held several key positions with the Samba Financial
Group followed by the National Commercial Bank (NCB). He assumed various roles within the field of Treasury
ranging from Money Market & FX, Investments, Funding, Asset & Liability Management (ALM) to the overall
Balance Sheet Management. He holds an Executive MBA degree from the London Business School and a
bachelor’s degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) where he majored in
Management Information Systems. |
