Joaquim Levy is the director for economic strategy and market relations at Banco Safra S.A. He has been president of the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES), managing director and CFO of the World Bank Group, and minister of finance of Brazil. Levy formerly served as chief strategist and CEO of Bradesco Asset Management and as vice president for finance and administration at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB). He has also held a number of positions in Brazil’s federal and state-level administrations, notably as secretary of the national treasury of Brazil, as well as assignments at the IMF and the ECB. Levy is a member of the World Resource Institute's board of directors and of The Nature Conservancy's Latin America Conservation Council. He was an academic fellow at Stanford University's Steyer-Taylor Center in 2020, researching Brazil's paths towards becoming a net zero economy. Levy originally trained as a naval architect, and holds a PhD in economics from the University of Chicago.

Luis Felipe Cruz is a Partner & Co-CEO of Private Equity Buyout. His primary responsibility is to manage the activities of the Private Equity Buyout business. He joined Pátria in 2010 and became a Partner in 2019, having been involved in various investments across different sectors. He started as a member of the M&A team at Anhanguera, served as CFO of Microlins, and after that led the M&A teams of the portfolio companies in market consolidation strategies before assuming responsibility for New Investments. Throughout his career, he has led the Private Equity Investments team in over 100 deals. Hernan is a Managing Partner and cofounder of Kaszek, the largest Latin American venture capital firm, with over $3 billion of raised capital.  The firm was launched in 2011 and has invested in more than 140 startups.  Some of its portfolio companies are Nubank, WellHub, QuintoAndar, Konfio, Creditas, Kavak, Bitso, Kushki, DolarApp, Bia, Cobre, Mombak, and Yuno. Before founding Kaszek, Hernan cofounded MercadoLibre, the largest technology company in Latin America, where he worked for 12 years, nine as COO and three as CFO. Previously, he was Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, and a finance analyst at the United Nations Development Program and the Ministry of Economy of Argentina. He received an MBA from Stanford University, and graduated magna cum laude in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires. Hernan was selected Endeavor Entrepreneur in 1999, awarded “The Outstanding Young Persons of Argentina” recognition by the Junior Chamber International in 2004, chosen Established Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2009, selected Entrepreneur Master of the Year 2018 by Ernst & Young Argentina, and received the “Investor of the Decade” recognition by the Council of the Americas in 2022.

George Santoro is the Executive Secretary of Brazil’s Ministry of Transport and has a strong academic background in law, business administration, economics, and accounting, with specializations from renowned institutions in Brazil, the U.S., China, and Singapore. He led Brazil’s first sanitation concession project under the new regulatory framework in Alagoas and currently oversees the world’s largest portfolio of transport infrastructure projects. He’s Leading a package of railway concessions focusing on the Central-West and North regions, crucial for the flow of grains and other commodities. He has also overseen the establishment of a national commission to monitor rail projects planned and implemented by Brazil's freight concessionaires, ensuring effective oversight and progress in the railway sector.

Adolfo Sachsida holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Brasília (2000) and a postdoctoral degree from the University of Alabama (2005). He is also a lawyer. He has taught at several universities, notably at the Catholic University of Brasília, where he directed undergraduate and graduate Economics programs, and at the University of Texas (USA). He served as Secretary of Economic Policy (2019–2022) and Minister of Mines and Energy (2022). At the Ministry of Economy, he led microeconomic reforms that strengthened credit, insurance, capital, and collateral markets, and created the Macro-Fiscal Bulletin. He was responsible for official GDP and inflation forecasts guiding the federal budget. As minister, he opened the High Voltage energy market, enabled the Manaus–Boa Vista transmission line, and deregulated the lithium sector, attracting major investments to Minas Gerais. He also supported tax cuts on energy and fuels, which produced three consecutive months of deflation in 2022.

Andrés is the Director of Investment Funds at IDB Invest. He has extensive knowledge and over two decades of international experience in the financial industry. Since joining the IDB Group in 2009, Andrés has focused on advancing financial markets and institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean. With his current responsibilities, he oversees the investment fund business at IDB Invest, including private equity and credit funds. He serves on several advisory boards for funds based in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to his tenure at IDB Group, Andrés held key positions at Citibank Bolivia, including Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Manager, Corporate Bank Manager, and Head of Analysis, Planning, and Strategy. His track record also includes leadership roles at Banco de Credito de Bolivia BCP, where he served as Head of Middle Market Banking and Head of Financial Planning. He was also member of BCP's Management Committee, Investment Committee, Asset and Liability Management Committee, and Credit Committee. Mr. Arslan Mian, Managing Director, heads the Americas Investment team at BlackRock Private Equity Partners (“PEP”) within BlackRock Equity Private Markets (“EPM”). He is a member of PEP's Executive Committee, Investment Committee, Portfolio Construction & Allocation Committee, Valuation Committee and Finance Committee. He is also a member of BlackRock’s Transition Capital Investment Committee. Mr. Mian's service with the firm dates back to 2005, including his years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (“MLIM”), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. He was a Principal at MLIM at the time of the merger. Prior to joining MLIM in 2005, he was a Vice President with the Private Equity Group at UBS Capital Americas, LLC. ($1.5B middle market fund, focused on Americas), where he oversaw all stages of the private equity investment and post-investment value creation processes and had board responsibilities for a few portfolio companies. Earlier, Mr. Mian was a Vice President with TD Securities Financial Sponsors Group. Prior to that, he was with UBS Investment Bank in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Group in New York and M&A Group in London, UK. Jen began her career with IFC in the Cairo office, and was then based in Istanbul for 4 years, where she covered new and existing funds business for IFC’s funds practice. Nicholas Vickery is IFC’s Global Head of Private Equity Funds, based in Istanbul, Turkiye. Nicholas focuses on IFC’s investments in Private Equity with an annual investment program of around $600m in around 25 funds and co-investments, and is a member of the PE and VC Funds Investment Committees (IC), which screen all of IFC’s investment proposals in private equity and venture capital funds. He was previously the Global Portfolio Manager of Private Equity Funds, with a portfolio responsibility for IFC’s investments in 270 funds for a total exposure of around US$4 billion, across all regions. His portfolio included growth equity, venture capital, climate change and SME funds. Prior to this, Nicholas was an investment officer in IFC’s Financial Institutions Group, and was based in Istanbul from 2010-2015. He also headed the IFC Mumbai office from 2003-2005, where he was responsible for business development in the financial sector in South Asia. He joined IFC in 1998 as part of the MBA Program.
