Mohamed Bin Khalid Al Nahyan as Group CEO. Dr. Ahmed Mansour is President of Profit Consultancy, A group of financial services. He serves as Chief Advisor of the Board at Ajia Holding A multinational investment and asset management institution. Dr. Ahmed Mansour is a Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at EAM International Investments, a multinational leading investment group based in UAE, Republic of Serbia, Croatia and Egypt. Dr. Ahmed Mansour is a board member at Aafaq Islamic Finance, UAE and Kairos Financial Group, Switzerland, UAE, Mauritius and Singapre. Dr. Mansour Holds a Doctorate Degree in Global Economic and Doctorate Degree in Finance & Investment. Dr. Mansour has been Selected on 2019 to lead A US$ 3 Billion Capital Markets Programs issues as part of the strategic investment and growth plan of The Private Department of H.H.SH. Mohamed Bin Khalid Al Nahyan, the largest portfolio of a real estate developer in Abu Dhabi, and acting as Chief Investment & Strategy Officer, a Board advisor and investment committee member within the organization.

Renowned for his expertise in corporate restructuring and strategic negotiations, Sheikh Mohammed has played a transformative role in shaping the growth and success of several key organizations in Oman. Most recently, Sheikh Mohammed served as CEO of Oman Food Investment Holding Company (Nitaj), where he led the company through a period of major transformation. He now transitions to the role of Executive Chairman of Al-Harthy Investments, where he will focus on driving strategic initiatives and investment growth. Throughout his career, Sheikh Mohammed has held influential roles, including leadership positions at Oman Environmental Services Holding Company (be’ah) and Shell Oman Marketing. His expertise includes corporate restructuring, strategic planning, enterprise management, and business development. Notably, he has led critical merger and acquisition (M&A) negotiations with strategic partners, positioning organizations for long-term success and sustainability. Sheikh Mohammed’s academic credentials include an MBA specializing in marketing and entrepreneurship, a Master’s degree in computer engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. This robust educational foundation complements his ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive organizational performance and market competitiveness.
