10 Top Read Exclusive Interviews of 2024

What continued as a thread throughout our most popular interviews (judged by website clicks) was the wisdom the chief investment officers brought to their investment offices, the concerns they shared, and the challenges they overcame as influencers within the industry.

Editor’s note:

As you likely know, one of our main goals at Markets Group is to feature interviews and events with some of the most interesting thought-leading Chief Investment Officers in the industry. It is the end of the year, and, thanks to our allocator community, it’s been quite the year for exclusive interviews with leading chief investment officers throughout the industry sharing their insights. You, readers, have helped us to find some of the most interesting minds that you have been learning from.  And, driven by a sense of intellectual meritocracy, you have helped us to establish a body of work that has recognized CIOs for their stellar performances and their abilities to help other allocators to see around corners.

When we interview thought leaders, we ask them to share information that will help other allocators who wrestle with many of the same issues. And they have been generous with granting us interviews, both in person and on the web. This year, as chief investment officers pondered the new economy, they became our BrainTrust and vetted new ideas on our website, and at our events. When new CIOs took the helm, they let us introduce them to the community. When they exited or retired, they shared their lessons learned and sage advice. What continued as a thread throughout our most popular interviews (judged by website clicks) was the wisdom they brought to their investment offices, the concerns they shared and the impacts they made on the industry. What follows is a list of our 10 most-viewed exclusives.

Thank you, all, for helping us to focus on the relevant and the strategic thinkers of our industry. And for your generous time and advice as we work to bring our finance community together by sharing thought leadership, that, like a 'rising tide, lifts all boats.'

Wishing you all a happy holiday, and looking forward to working with you in 2025.

With gratitude and respect,

Christine D. Giordano
