Hamilton Lane has appointed Beth Nardi as head of U.S. private wealth, as it prepares to deepen its reach across private markets.
The expansion includes the appointment of Beth Nardi as head of U.S. private wealth, where she will oversee the firm’s growing Private Wealth Solutions business, according to a press release. In her new role, Nardi will guide strategic direction and delivery of the firm’s private markets offerings — spanning both evergreen and traditional fund structures — to meet the evolving needs of high-net-worth investors and advisors.
Nardi joined Hamilton Lane in November from J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where she spent nine years in various senior roles, including as head of model portfolio distribution and, more recently, as head of enterprise relationship, where she led a team focused on strategic partnerships with registered investment advisors. Before moving to J.P. Morgan, she spent nearly seven years at Emerging Global Advisors as head of national accounts and roughly three years at AllianceBernstein Investments as director of global business development, managing the independent and RIA channel for their retail unit, a $16B business. She began her career at Morgan Stanley, working as a financial advisor.
The appointment is one of a handful of key additions the firm has made to its private wealth and institutional teams. The addition of Nardi and a handful of other senior hires across its North America Client Solutions team reinforces the firm’s focus on expanding its private‐wealth and institutional footprint.
