Mr. Dornbusch started his career in Caracas, Venezuela, as a real estate developer. In 2003 he sold the business and moved to Miami where he founded Clearview Partners, an advisory firm focused on alternative investments, and began developing a unique, proprietary software platform (VIEWSTM) to manage liquid investment portfolios. Perceiving the need for a conflict-free advisory firm to support the investment needs of Single Family Offices and Institutional investors, he founded CV Advisors, an SEC Registered Investment Adviser and one of the country’s largest Multi-Family Offices. Today the firm advises on more than $15 Billion in assets for a small group of clients which includes ultra-high net worth families, Single Family Offices and Institutions.

Caitlin Mooney joined AAA (The Auto Club Group) in the fall of 2022 as the Head of Alternative Investments, focusing on private markets including Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure investments. Prior to joining ACG, Ms. Mooney focused on Alternative Investments for $900bn Dutch Pension Fund APG in the New York office. Prior to APG, Ms. Mooney was the Head Portfolio Manager for a family office, investing across both an actively managed public portfolio and private markets including a large real estate portfolio. Previously, Ms. Mooney was at Marathon Asset Management and prior to Marathon, Ms. Mooney spent 12 years at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, where she was a member of the Risk & Investments Committee and held positions investing across asset classes including managing the firm’s Volatility Insurance Portfolio, a Long/Short Equity Portfolio, and helping to launch the firm’s Mutual Fund products. Ms. Mooney also worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. as a trader on the Equity Derivatives and Small Cap Equities desks. Ms. Mooney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Columbia University in New York, is an Ironman Champion and an All-American Athlete recognized by the USA Triathlon Organization. She currently resides in Miami Beach, Florida with her husband and daughter.

Chris Grizzard is a Partner with Bayshore Capital. He is also a member of the firm’s investment committee. Chris is responsible for investment sourcing, due diligence, and execution, with a primary focus on private credit, private equity, and venture capital. He was previously in the Investment Banking division of Robert W. Baird & Co., completing M&A and capital markets transactions for Baird’s global industrial clients. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University, and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida. He is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

Christopher T. Battifarano is a Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at FineMark National Bank & Trust since June 2016. He has 20 years of experience in asset allocation and portfolio construction. Mr. Battifarano serves on the following bank committees: Asset Liability, Investment Policy, and Trust. He is responsible for the investment process and philosophy while leading the Bank’s strategic and tactical investment recommendations.

Prior to FineMark, Mr. Battifarano was Director of Research for GenSpring Family Offices/Suntrust Bank in Jupiter, Florida, where he led the firm’s manager due diligence efforts around both alternative and traditional strategies. Mr. Battifarano earned bachelor, MBA, and BBA degrees from the University of Miami and has earned both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations. He is also a member of The South Florida Society of Financial Analysts. He is based in FineMark’s Palm Beach office.

Francisco is the Chief Investment Officer and a Senior Vice President of the firm. He is a member of our Investment Committee and Management Committee and oversees all investment related activities which are focused on non-correlated, tax-efficient investment strategies primarily within insurance-compliant managed accounts for the separate account divisions of private placement variable life insurance and variable annuity companies. He also oversees regulatory compliance. Francisco has 20 years of experience in global financial services, having operated extensively in private banking and asset management with global 500 multinational firms.

As Chief Investment Officer, Jack Ablin is the leader of Cresset’s investment strategy and provides investment policy and philosophy guidelines to the firm’s advisor teams and clients. He has been named RIA Intel’s “CIO of the Year” for 2022.¹ Jack joined the organization in 2018 and has three decades of experience in money management. Jack was formerly the Chief Investment Officer with BMO Harris Bank. He is the author of Reading Minds and Markets: Minimizing Risk and Maximizing Returns in a Volatile Global Marketplace, published in July 2009 by F.T. Press; The Wall Street Journal best-seller list, 2009. Jack is a frequent contributor to CNBC, Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. He served as a Professor of Finance at Boston University, Graduate School of Management and spent five years as a Money and Markets correspondent for the NBC affiliate in Jacksonville, Florida. Jack was named in CityWealth Magazine’s Leaders List in 2006, 2010-2022. He was also a finalist in the 2020 Family Wealth Report Awards in the category of “Outstanding Contribution to Wealth Management Thought Leadership”.

Her team sources and researches traditional, long-only as well as hedge funds, private equity and private debt investment solutions for the benefit of Truist clients. Her team is also responsible for Truist Wealth’s diverse asset manager efforts and drives engagement with advisors and clients. Oscarlyn has more than 25 years of financial services experience with over 20 specifically in wealth and investment management. Her career has included responsibility for investment analysis, including equity and portfolio strategy, working directly with clients managing their portfolios, leading client facing investment professionals, and directly shaping the Truist investment experience.

Terrance Davis is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Strategic Investments asset class at the State Board of Administration of Florida (SBA). Mr. Davis started his career at the SBA in 2000 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for the Domestic Equities asset class. He left in 2004 to join a startup money management firm in Atlanta and ultimately rejoined the SBA in 2009 as a Fixed Income Analyst. In 2013, he was promoted to Portfolio Manager and transferred to the Strategic Investments asset class. He is currently responsible for the management and oversight of some of the SBA’s investments in timberland, infrastructure, royalties, private credit, real estate credit and hedge fund strategies.
