Brad Rowbotham joined Novant Health’s investment office in 2022 and currently serves as an Assistant Director. He is responsible for the private markets allocation of Novant’s investment portfolio, consisting of private equity, private credit, and real estate fund investments. His role includes monitoring existing investments, sourcing and underwriting new investments, conducting market research, and developing in-house analytics to support portfolio decisions. Prior to joining Novant Health, he was an Investment Director on NEPC’s private markets research team. There, he focused broadly on private equity and private credit strategies, with lead responsibility for research coverage and underwriting across venture capital, growth equity, distressed debt, and opportunistic credit.
