Madison Industries is considering a sale of its subsidiary Filtration Group in a transaction that could be valued at more than $10 billion including debt, according to Bloomberg News. The filtration specialist employs over 7,000 people globally and provides air and liquid systems across consumer and industrial markets.
Sources said Madison has engaged financial advisors to explore buyer interest, with private equity firms and strategic industry players expected to take a close look. However, the company has not yet committed to selling and may ultimately decide to retain the business.
