He is a keen skier, educational and charity boards non exec and former reserve forces officer. Aniket is Head of Multi-Manager Solutions within L&G’s Asset Management division where his team works with internal and external clients to allocate to best-in class funds, monitor existing strategies and dispose of assets, with a focus on private markets. Aniket is also the Head of L&G’s 15-person Manager Research Group who are responsible for assessing funds and investment capabilities across public and private markets. Aniket joined L&G in 2016 from Redington where he held the title of Senior Vice President, Manager Research Team. Prior to that, in Australia, he worked in fund ratings at Standard & Poor’s. He commenced his career at Morningstar where he held roles covering equity research, asset allocation and retirement solutions development.

David Dix is a Partner with The Townsend Group based in London and is responsible for the management of client portfolios with a particular focus on real estate exposures. Mr. Dix has over 20 twenty years’ experience in real estate investment and management in Europe, Asia, and the United States. He joined The Townsend Group in 2018 from CBRE Capital Advisors (London) where he was responsible for advising global clients on indirect real estate investment strategies. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Dix was a principal with a Japanese fund manager (seven years), largely based in Tokyo, and with Macquarie Bank in Sydney, Australia (ten years). At Macquarie Bank, he initially focused on investment and financial risk management advisory roles thereafter moving into real estate fund management including three years as CEO of a $2.2 billion cross-border listed REIT. He has been directly involved in the strategy development, capital raising, and management of more than $3 billion of real estate funds and provided strategy and investment advice to institutional real estate investors in the Europe, U.K., U.S. and Asia.

Farhaz Miah joined QuadReal in August 2022 as Vice President, European Research & Strategy. He is responsible for researching investment transactions and strategies, exploring sector trends and identifying geographies of opportunity in Europe. With over 13 years of experience in established real estate research teams, Farhaz brings valuable expertise in research-driven investment strategies to QuadReal. He was previously the Head of Research, Europe at Hines where he led efforts focused on capital raising, deal underwriting, investment strategy and thought leadership. Prior to that role, Farhaz held senior positions with DWS (formerly Deutsche Asset Management) and started his career at Preqin. Farhaz holds a Master’s of Science in Economic History from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Central Lancashire.

Guido heads up the Research function for the Investment Solutions division of DWS. He currently leads the Asset Management of Oxford’s 6$bn European Office, Retail and Life Science portfolio, overseeing significant projects such as the redevelopment of the Das Center in Berlin. Prior to his current role, he spearheaded the commercial arm of Oxford's Retail business in North America, focusing on superregional shopping centers and luxury retail. Lee previously spent 13yrs as a fund manager in the indirect real estate teams at Aviva Investors and LaSalle Investment Management, working with a range of pension fund clients in delivering global real estate investment solutions including launching LaSalle's flagship multi strategy global real estate fund. Prior to this, Lee held research and portfolio analysis roles with IPD (now MSCI) and CBRE Global Investors. Lee holds a BSc in biochemistry from Imperial College London.

Prior to AustralianSuper, Vicky ran Invesco’s £750 million UK Residential Fund strategy; and prior to this grew £32m of Alternatives seed equity into c.£350m AUM, building one of the earliest UK residential investment platforms. At AustralianSuper, her cross-sector and investment management expertise focuses on actively managing and scaling the Fund’s real estate investment platforms. Prior to that he had the same job title at Kames Capital in Edinburgh where he was responsible for managing several different funds and client mandates.
