Robert Vanderhooft, Chief Investment Officer, TD Asset Management, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer, TD Greystone Asset Management SVP, TD Bank Group

Rob Vanderhooft is Chief Investment Officer, TD Asset Management, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer at TD Greystone Asset Management, and Senior Vice President, TD Bank Group. Since joining the firm in 1991, Rob has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s growth philosophy and investment management process. He assumed leadership of TD Greystone’s Canadian Equity Team in 1997, and in 1998, he was promoted to Chief Investment Officer with overall responsibility for the firm’s investment management philosophy and process execution. In 2002, Rob was named one of Canada’s “Top 40 under 40” by the Globe & Mail.

On July 1, 2006, Rob succeeded Don Black as Chief Executive Officer. He remains as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer and is Chair of TD Greystone’s Asset Strategy Team overseeing investment strategy, new product development and in-house investment teams covering Canadian equities, fixed income, U.S. equities, international equities, real estate, mortgages and infrastructure.

Before joining TD Greystone, Rob spent four years with Great-West Life Assurance in the U.S. equities area. He holds a B. Comm. from the University of Manitoba and is a CFA charterholder. An active volunteer, Rob has been a division chair and Campaign Cabinet member for Regina’s United Way campaign and sat on the Board of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance. He currently sits on the board of the Regina Airport Authority and the Saskatchewan Roughriders Football Club. Rob is a past-President of the Saskatchewan Chapter of Chartered Financial Analysts and is a gold member of YPO Gold, Young Presidents’ Organization.



Vincent Duhamel, Global President and Chief Operating Officer, Fiera Capital

Vincent Duhamel is Fiera Capital’s Global President and Chief Operating Officer. As a member of the Global Executive Management Committee, he oversees distribution operations and corporate units such as Legal and Compliance, Risk, Technology, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, as well as Human Resources. As a member of the Strategic Development Committee, he also plays a major role in strategic acquisitions while overseeing the Firm’s development outside of North America. In addition, Mr. Duhamel sits on the internal board of directors of Fiera Capital’s Canadian, U.S., European and Bel Air Investment Advisors divisions.
