Dean Adler, CEO of Lubert-Adler Partners
Mr. Adler is CEO and Co-Founder of Lubert-Adler Partners, L.P., a real estate equity firm with over $6.5 billion in equity and $16 billion of assets under management. Dean is Head of the Investment Committee, and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the team. Lubert-Adler invests on behalf of, among others, 30 major university endowments, state pension funds, and major foundations. It is headquartered in Philadelphia, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. Dean has served on numerous community boards and has served on the City of Philadelphia's Economic Development Summit.
Mark Teixeira, Partner, Urban Creek Partners
Mark Teixeira is a former Major League Baseball player, spending fourteen seasons with the Texas Rangers, Atlanta Braves, LA Angels, and New York Yankees. Mark was a three time All-Star, won five Gold Glove Awards, and three Silver Sluggers. In 2009, Mark finished second in the AL MVP voting and helped lead the New York Yankees to the World Series title. In 2016 Mark founded Urban Creek Partners, a real estate development company based in Atlanta, GA and also works as a baseball analyst for ESPN. Mark is on the board of directors at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI), The Greenwich International Film Festival, the Alexander Tharpe Fund at Georgia Tech and is a trustee of the Georgia Tech Foundation where he attended college. Mark lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife Leigh and three children.
