John Catsimatidis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Red Apple Group

Mr. Catsimatidis is the Chairman and CEO of the Red Apple Group. Red Apple Group is primarily an energy company with holdings in oil refining and bio fuels, retail petroleum products, convenience stores, real estate, aviation, and supermarkets, plus investments in both medical and industrial technology. Catsimatidis hosts popular radio programs from his New York studio CatsRoundtable.com. His national program airs on Sunday mornings on the east coast of the United States. Catsimatidis also hosts a live, evening drive time on Wednesdays in New York City. Mr. Catsimatidis’ companies post annual sales of approximately $6 billion. With over 8,000 employees, John Catsimatidis is a major employer in the New York metropolitan area and upstate New York. In 2013, Catsimatidis sought the Republican nomination for Mayor of New York City. Starting as a relatively unknown businessman, Catsimatidis was the runner up in a crowded primary election. Both of the young Catsimatidis’, Andrea and John Jr. work with their father at the Red Apple offices. Andrea Catsimatidis is the Manhattan GOP county chairwoman.


Wesley LePatner, Senior Managing Director, Real Estate Group, Blackstone

Wesley LePatner is a Senior Managing Director in the Real Estate Group at Blackstone and serves as Global Chief Operating Officer of the Core+ business and Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust. Ms. LePatner also serves as the Chair of the Women’s Initiative at Blackstone. Before joining Blackstone in 2014, she spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs. Ms. LePatner received a BA from Yale University, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.


Dean Adler, Chief Executive Officer, Lubert-Adler Partners

Mr. Adler is CEO and Co-Founder of Lubert-Adler Partners, L.P., a real estate equity firm with over $6.5 billion in equity and $16 billion of assets under management. Dean is Head of the Investment Committee, and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the team. Lubert-Adler invests on behalf of, among others, 30 major university endowments, state pension funds, and major foundations. It is headquartered in Philadelphia, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. Dean has served on numerous community boards and has served on the City of Philadelphia's Economic Development Summit.


Rahul Idnani, Global Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Head of Portfolio Management, Nuveen Real Estate

Mr. Idnani is the Global COO and U.S. Head of Portfolio Management of Nuveen Real Estate. In the Americas, Rahul manages a $92 billion real estate portfolio across all property types and risk styles for global institutional and retail clients. He also leads strategy and corporate development activities for the platform globally. Prior to his current role, Rahul held senior positions within TIAA’s asset management platform leading the acquisition of Nuveen Investments and expansion of the real assets platform, including farmland, timber and infrastructure. Rahul previously held leadership roles at ING Group, where he supported the restructuring efforts and ultimate IPO of Voya Financial.


Michael Levy, Chief Executive Officer, Crow Holdings

Mr. Levy is the Chief Executive Officer of Crow Holdings where he is responsible for leading and overseeing the Company’s overall business activities. Joining in 2016 from Morgan Stanley where he was Chief Operating Officer for the Investment Management Division and a member of the firm’s Management Committee, Michael had a longstanding career in real estate finance and investments. He previously held various positions at Morgan Stanley including Head of Traditional Asset Management, COO and CFO for Real Estate Investing and co-head for Real Estate Investment Banking. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 from Salomon Brothers and began his professional career at Prudential Securities. Michael is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, the Policy Advisory Board at the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at Berkeley, the Advisory Board at the Institute for Real Estate Operating Companies and a ULI Foundation Governor. He earned his B.S. at NYU’s Stern School of Business and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.


Robert Morse, Chairman, Bridge Investment Group

Mr. Morse brings 30 years of experience in commercial and investment banking and private equity fund management. Since the inception of Bridge Investment Group, Mr. Morse has been integrally involved in the formation, management, strategy and capitalization of the group. Mr. Morse is a 1977 graduate of Yale College, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, and a 1981 graduate of the Harvard Business School and the Harvard Law School. Mr. Morse serves on a variety of charitable organization boards, including the Yale President’s Council on International Activities, The Nature Conservancy Asian Council, the Asia Society and the Whitney Museum Directors’ Council.


Jon Cheigh, Chief Investment Officer, Head of Global Real Estate, Cohen & Steers

Mr. Cheigh Is Chief Investment Officer & Head of Global Real Estate for the firm’s real estate securities portfolios and oversees the global research process for real estate securities. He has 24 years of experience. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2005, Mr. Cheigh was a vice president and senior REIT analyst for two years at Security Capital Research & Management. Previously, he was a vice president of real estate acquisitions at InterPark and an acquisitions associate at Urban Growth Property Trust, two privately held REITs.
